Terms of ServiceWe accept Paypal, Googlecheckout, or U.S. Postal money order.
We collect Illinois sales tax on items shipped to Illinois.
Items normally ship the next business day or in some cases the same business day as payment is received or in the case of echeck they are cleared into our account.
We only ship to the exact address on the Paypal or Googlecheckout transaction page. No exceptions.
Shoes and boots ship USPS priority mail and hosiery or other light items via USPS first class mail.
We accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:
Shoes must be returned in unworn condition without visible signs of wear in original manufacturer’s shoebox with all contents. A $5 restocking fee will be applied if tape or labels are put directly on the shoebox.
Please notify us via email of your intention to return shoes within 5 days of receipt of item and the item must be received by us within 30 days of purchase.
Buyer agrees to pay shipping for the exchange shoes or store credit purchase if we are out of stock in the size desired.
Include the original packing slip or copy of same with a note as to the shoes you would like in exchange. For store credit simply indicate the item number of the desired shoe. It is not necessary to make a new purchase.
Once shoes arrive and have been inspected we will issue a request for shipping funds through Paypal.
For issues other than fit (such as damage or wrong item sent to you) please contact us and we will work with you on a solution. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will make things right at no cost to you if we are at fault.
