We accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions: Shoes must be returned in unworn condition without visible signs of wear in original manufacturer’s shoebox with all contents. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if tape or labels are put directly on the shoe box or packing contents are missing. Please notify us via email of your intention to return shoes within 5 days of receipt of item and the item must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Buyer agrees to pay shipping for the exchange shoes or store credit purchase if we are out of stock in the size desired. Include the original packing slip or copy of same with a note as to the shoes you would like in exchange. For store credit simply indicate the item number of the desired shoe. It is not necessary to make a new purchase. Once shoes arrive and have been inspected we will issue a request for shipping funds through Paypal. For issues other than fit (such as damage or wrong item sent to you) please contact us and we will work with you on a solution. We strive for 100% satisfaction and will make things right at no cost to you if we are at fault.
Currently shipping is free on all items shipped to destinations in the U.S. Yes, I combine shipping on purchases made contemporaneously. In most cases purchases of shoes the shipping discount will be automatically calculated. For hose and other items or mixed purchases simply notify me that you have completed your purchase and I will send a combined invoice that will reflect the shipping discount.
I normally ship items the next business day following payment and some cases the same day. All U.S. shipments are via USPS priority mail or first class mail and normally take 2 to 5 days. However, these are not guaranteed times and shipments are out of my control once they are in the hands of the post office. International shipments usually take 7 to 10 days but can take up to 3 weeks.
Currently shipping within the U.S. is free. Please contact me for rates outside the U.S.
Yes, we do ship internationally under certain circumstances. We ship USPS Priority Mail International in most cases. Email us with your inquiry about postage rates to your particular country and the particular item(s) you are interested in.
I ship in either plain brown boxes or USPS priority mail boxes for shoes. Small orders of hosiery may be shipped in manila envelopes. There are no idetifying labels as to the contents or the company.
